Customer details you collect. No email, no phone number, no loyalty sign-up at the till.
01Ring it up the way you already do
Quick-sale keys for the things you sell all day, like a flat white or a scone, plus a keypad for anything else. The total fills the screen so you can read it across the counter.
02The receipt appears on your screen
Press Charge and a receipt prints on the screen with a code on it. Hold up your phone, or set an iPad lying flat on the counter to turn the receipt round to face your customer.
03They scan it with their camera
The receipt is on their phone straight away, with no app needed to see it. Keeping it takes a free I Kept It account. You carry on with the next order; nothing waits on them.
Cafés and restaurants
Built for the rush. One tap per item, one tap to charge, and no printer to jam or paper to run out mid-service. Customers who want a receipt for their expenses get one they can’t lose.
Shops that sell things that last
Appliances, bikes, tools, furniture. Add the model and serial at the till and your customer gets the item tracked: the manufacturer warranty registered for them and their Consumer Guarantees Act cover shown. That means fewer “I’ve lost the receipt” conversations at your counter later.
04What you need
The phone or iPad you already have. No card reader, no printer, no new hardware. Counters sign in with a one-time code from your phone, so a shared iPad never carries anyone’s personal account, and you can switch one off from your phone if it goes missing.
05What we don't do
We don’t tell you who scanned a receipt, and we don’t sell anyone’s data or use it for advertising. The receipt belongs to your customer. You keep the record of the sale.
